B:

 

Beet juice: contains vitamins and minerals essential for dark spots and acne. Hair: Beetroot juice contains carbohydrates, protein, potassium, phosphorus, calcium and Vitamin B and C. All of these nutrients enable blood circulation in the scalp which promotes healthy hair growth.

Bentonite Clay: was used in ancient medicinal practices as an alternative healing method for preventing or alleviating health problems. Bentonite Clay helps to get oxygen into the cells, leaving you feeling more energized and your body can repair itself more easily from illness or hard workouts, including improving muscle recovery. This clay is used as a natural skin care product to help prevent or treat facial blemishes and minor abscesses.

Bergamot oil: Cicatrisant in bergamot helps heal scars and other marks on the skin. It also makes the distribution of pigments and melanin uniform, resulting in the fading away of marks and an even, attractive skin tone. This essential oil is commonly used to eliminate the unsightly effects of acne. Certain components of Bergamot are antibiotic and disinfectant in nature. They inhibit the growth of germs, virus, and fungi.

They also effectively prohibit infections, including those of the skin.

A:

 

Aloe Vera Juice: moisturizes skin and removes dead cells, wrinkles and fine lines.

 Hair: Aloe can soothe your scalp and help restore your hair to it's natural PH balance. Aloe Vera softens, fortifies and rejuvenates by flushing out the dirt particles and bacteria from the scalp.

Apple Cider Vinegar: removes dead skin cells and reveals a fresher and healthier complexion.

​

Apricot oil: contains high amounts of Vitamin A, Vitamin C, Vitamin E. It may also help reduce itching during eczema flare-ups.

Argan oil: natural sunscreen, heat protectant and an intensive repair treatment.

Avocado butter: can make your skin feel silky and smooth and help protect it against the effects of aging and environmental pollution .

Avocado oil: can help reduce marks, age marks and acne. It contains antioxidants that can help with skin health and protection. Hair: Avocado oil works as a natural conditioner and can help protect the hair from heat and chemicals. It can help regulate hair growth, provide shine and help with split ends.

C:

 

Calendula: can help treat eczema, cuts, bruises and dry/chapped skin.

Castor oil: can improve blood circulation, promote faster hair growth, anti-fungal. Skin:  Castor oil can heal inflamed skin, fight signs of aging, reduce acne, moisturize skin, fade blemishes, prevent stretch marks, and reduce hyper-pigmentation.

Chamomile oil: has a therapeutic, calming effect on the skin, mind, and body. It has anti-inflammatory, anti-bacterial and anti-fungicidal properties. Chamomile has also been shown to reduce cases of dermatitis.

Charcoal: Activated charcoal draws bacteria, poisons, chemicals, dirt and other micro-particles to the surface of skin, helping you to achieve a flawless complexion and fight acne.  Activated charcoal powder is proven to absorb thousands of times its own mass in harmful substances, which makes it a popular ingredient in facial masks.

Cinnamon: has anti-inflammatory and antibacterial properties.

​

Cinnamon Oil: can help alleviate sore muscles and joints.

Coconut oil:  an antiviral, anti-fungal and antibacterial agent. It balances the protein levels in hair and is light enough to penetrate the hair strand. Skin: Studies on people with dry skin have affirmed the effectiveness of coconut oil as a moisturizer (1). Further studies have indicated the efficiency of coconut oil in offering protection from the harmful UV rays (2).


Cocoa Butter: a thick sealant that can help moisture last longer for extremely dry skin types.

Coconut Milk:  contains vitamin E and a high level of fat. Hair: Coconut milk helps moisturize and nourish hair. 

Coffee: the caffeine in coffee can treat redness and inflammation, cellulite and skin sagging.

 

Cucumber Juice: cucumbers are filled with vitamins K, C and B5!

 Cucumbers also possess natural hair growth and hair loss fighting abilities.

Cranberry Extract: Cranberries are full of antioxidants that help cells regenerate, and help reverse signs of aging.

D:

 

Dandelions: help open pores to detoxify the skin of toxins. Dandelions are filled with antioxidants which help reduce the effects of aging including wrinkles and dark spots.  

E:

Emu oil: a great oil for scar management, general skin health, burns, cuts, scrapes, bumps, bruises, arthritis, acne, hair regrowth and many other ailments. Body: relieves sore muscles, aching joints, pain or inflammation.

Epsom Salt: Epsom salt baths are popular for softening and exfoliating skin, relaxation, drawing impurities out of skin and relieving migraine and cold or flu symptoms. Consult with your physician before taking Epsom salt baths if you are pregnant or have a medical condition.

 

Eucalyptus oil: is an antiseptic, anti fungal oil that helps relieve dry scalp issues.

Eucalyptus oil also helps to lessen stress.

Evening Primrose Oil:  is considered one of the best remedies to cure eczema and many other skin-related problems. The GLA and fatty acid content in this oil is essential for skin health. It also boosts blood circulation which is helpful to treat tired skin and eyes. Evening Primrose oil can also help with hormonal imbalance.

Frankincense oil: tones and tightens skin all over the body. Frankincense oil is a natural toner that helps reduce wrinkles and scars. It also promotes feelings of peace, relaxation, satisfaction, and overall wellness.

Garlic Juice: Garlic has a high content of minerals like calcium, zinc, and sulfur, which are essential for hair growth.


Geranium oil: regulates oil production, improves elasticity, boosts immunity, heals broken capillaries and has anti-bacterial, anti-fungal and antiseptic properties.


Ginger: Skin: Ginger can increase skin’s radiance and decrease inflammation that may contribute to conditions such as psoriasis and acne. Ginger is an antioxidant, which means it inhibits harmful free radicals that cause skin damage and aging.

Glycerin: it's humectant properties allow it to attract moisture into the skin or hair.


Grapefruit Oil: helps reduce mental and physical fatigue. It can also improve the appearance of blemishes.
Grapeseed oil: a light oil that wont leave a greasy feel to the skin.


Green Tea: Skin: Green tea can shrinks pores, it contains anti-aging and anti inflammatory properties. Hair: Green Tea is known to stimulate hair growth and soften the hair. It contains polyphenols, Vitamin E and Vitamin C, which are known to boost lustrous hair. Teeth: Researchers found that routine intake of Green Tea may also help promote healthy teeth and gums. Researchers observed that for every one cup of green tea consumed per day, there was a decrease in all three indicators f periodontal disease: periodontal pocket depth, clinical attachment of gum tissue, and bleeding of the gum tissue, therefore signifying a lower instance of periodontal disease in those subjects who regularly drank green tea.

Hibiscus Flowers: are superior in the natural toning and brightening of the skin.

Honey: brightens and tones skin naturally. Honey is a humectant that attracts moisture into the skin and hair.

​

Horsetail: may help with the inflamed tonsils, mouth sores and bleeding gums.

Hair: Horsetail can promote hair growth and cure dandruff and split ends.

J:

Jamaican Black Castor oil: promotes hair growth and prevents hair thinning.


Jasmine Oil: helps balance hormones and manage the symptoms of PMS

L:

Lavender oil: Skin: regenerates skin cells and lightens impurities. Hair: Lavender oil can reduce hair loss and make the hair softer and shinier.Lavender oil is widely used for its calming and relaxing qualities.

Lemon Juice: lemons provide natural detoxification for the skin. They are filled with Vitamin C,

an anti-oxidant that can help repair skin and reduce signs of aging. Lemons can also reduce skin oilyness.

​

Lemon oil: fades hyper-pigmentation like dark and red marks. Lemon oil promotes a positive mood and cognitive ability.


Lemongrass oil: a non-drying natural astringent with antibacterial properties.

It can also soothe aching muscles and joints

M:

Macadamia oil: Skin: The omega-7 that macadamia nut oil provides plays a huge role in replenishing palmitoleic acid in your body and keeps your skin and hair hydrated. Hair:  The antioxidants in this oil protect your skin and hair from such damage and ensure health from within. It penetrates hair follicles and the scalp and helps in the improvement of hair elasticity and strength.

 

Mango Butter: highly emollient, softening and soothing to the skin. It has protective effects against UV radiation and also helps treat skin-rash, eczema, insect bites, and poison ivy.  


Myrrh: is widely considered to be one of the most effective substances for sore gums by herbalists. It is renowned for its astringent and antiseptic properties as well as for promoting healing. Myrrh has historically been used by itself for swollen or spongy gums as well as for canker sores, sore throats and sinus infections.

Nutmeg: anti-inflammatory, antibacterial.


Nettle Extract: contains silica, which is a very important component of healthy hair, skin, and nail tissue .

Oatmeal: can help remove dead skin cells. Oatmeal can help treat acne, eczema, rosacea and rashes. 

 

Olive oil: eliminates dandruff, and also has powerful antioxidants that fight hair loss.


Onion Juice: contains natural sulfur which is great for stimulating hair growth!

Onions also have naturally occurring collagen which can help thicken hair!

Patchouli oil Body: Patchouli can help boost immunity, it works as a natural deodorant because it stops fungal growth and fights infections. Hair:  Clears dandruff  Skin: Treats skin conditions and reduces inflammation.

 

Peanut oil: reduces protein loss, thickens the hair, adds moisture to split ends and regenerates damaged hair. It also reduces flaking of the scalp.

Peppermint oil: Body: has anti-nausea benefits and reduces muscle spasms. Peppermint oil also promotes healthy respiratory function and clear breathing. Hair: Peppermint oil can help remedy remedy a dry or oily scalp and can help increase blood circulation and hair growth.


Pumpkin seed oil: is rich in vitamin E, zinc, omega 3- and 6- fatty acids as well as antioxidants, therefore it has tremendous benefits for the skin in terms of retaining moisture, fighting free radicals and maintaining a youthful appearance. The high amounts of zinc and vitamin E also improve skin tone, help wounds heal more rapidly, fight acne and help with skin renewal. Lastly, many of the minerals and vitamins have anti-aging effects as well.

R:

​

Rosemary oilHair: prevents hair loss, graying and dandruff 
Skin: Rosemary oil prevents inflammation and calms redness. It helps reduce nervous tension and fatigue.

​

Roses: rose water and oils helps rejuvenate and replenish skin.


Rose Hip Seed oil: has Vitamin A, retonoic acid, antioxidants and other fatty acids essential for beautiful skin. Rose oil promotes an even skin tone and healthy complexion. Rose Hip can be beneficial for treating burns, scars and eczema. 

S:

Safflower oil: softens dry and rough skin.

​

Sage: Hair: can stimulate and encourage hair growth and shine. Teeth: Sage is known to have antiseptic properties and is said to be able to strengthen the gums and clean the oral cavity and teeth. 

​

Saw Palmetto: is known as a natural DHT blockers (DHT is a hormone responsible for balding)

Sesame oil: contains Vitamins A,B and E, calcium, magnesium and phosphorous. It is good for dry skin, eczema and skin softening.

​

Shea Butter: an excellent moisturizer for the face,hair and the body. Its fat content is responsible for its emollient and humectant properties. It locks in the moisture in the skin and keeps it hydrated for long. Generalized inflammations from conditions like dermatitis and rosacea can be alleviated by using Shea butter on the affected area. Sunburns, rashes, cuts, and scrapes that can result in swelling can also be treated using this butter.

Slippery Elm: promotes healthy hair growth and improves the volume of hair; because of the slimy nature of elm, it works as a great conditioner and detangles the hair, making it soft and smooth.

​

Sunflower oil: moisturizes skin without clogging pores. 

Sweet Almond oil: is an emollient oil that nourishes skin. Skin: It may also help reduce itching during eczema flare-ups. Hair: Sweet Almond oil can reduce hair fall and help treat split ends.

T:

 

Tea Tree oil: Hair: Tea Tree oil contains anti bacterial and anti-fungal benefits, tea tree can soothe an itchy scalp Skin: Tea Tree oil has anti bacterial properties that helps treat acne.


Thyme oil: provides cleansing and purifying effects for the skin. Body: One of the stimulating components of thyme oil can help to improve the circulation in your body, which increases healing and blood flow to extremities and areas that need oxygenation. Skin: White thyme oil can help reduce appearance of scars and skin marks. It can heal wounds and scars, prevent inflammatory pain, moisturize the skin, and even minimize the appearance of acne.

V:

 

Vitamin E oil: provides the skin with necessary moisture as well as antioxidants for intense healing. Vitamin E oil prevents and repairs free radical damage, it helps to lighten and smooth rough skin by lubricating cell membranes and encouraging cell regeneration. Vitamin E oil is also an effective treatment for dry, cracked cuticles.
