The "reality" lies that shape how we see ourselves.
We're not robots but we're expected to perform like one, jobs expect that a task should always take a certain amount of time to complete, even though we are all different. Society tells us we should all dress, act and think a certain way.
We're all trying to adapt to the new normal. We're trying to survive life.
We've all had those moments when we need to relax. Take a deep breath, and a chill pill.
It's important to note that the most important thing is to identify what is causing prolonged anxiety attacks in the first place. Be proactive and stop it before it stops, if you can.
